A
policy by which domain-name disputes are resolved.
The UDRP provides guidelines for approved UDRP service
providers to use when resolving domain-name disputes. |

UNICODE |
The
assignment of a unique number to every character in
every language. As computers essentially just deal
with numbers, the assignment of a unique number for
the many different characters in use throughout the
world is essential to the correct functioning of computers.
UNICODE is being used as the basis for the development
of multilingual domains. |

Unix |
A
computer operating system (the basic software running
on a computer, underneath things like word processors
and spreadsheets). Unix is designed to be used by
many people at the same time (it is multi-user) and
has TCP/IP built-in. It is the most common operating
system for servers on the Internet.
